Herbal Steam Mix

If you're looking for a way to open your lungs, then try our herbal steam mix.  It has a mixture of 5 herbs, essential oils, and natural menthol.  All you have to do is add your favorite citrus fruit (orange, lemon) or any other natural healing agent to it (ginger, garlic, onion).

Directions: Take a pinch and add to water and other items in your steam.  Boil. Let the water cool down for 2 minutes.  Place towel overhead, close eyes, and inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
